My daughter is turning 4 in Nov. she wants a Taylor Swift b-day part theme? Any ideas please help?

My 3 year old soon to be 4 in Nov. is Taylor Swifts youngest fan! We recorder all of her songs off of CMT on the dvr and my daughter watches, listens to and dances to her songs, every morning. Its the first thing she does EVERY morning! She has all her cd's, t-shirt, posters, pens, bags with Taylor on them, anything you can think of she has it!
BUT anyways, when I asked her what kind of theme she would like to go with for her b-day party this year, she said, Taylor Swift. PLEASE HELP me come up with ideas to make this possible for her! I dont even know where to start! She keeps telling everyone she is having a Taylor Swift b-day party this year! I want to make this possible for her, please help!
Just 2 days ago, she said she wants to be her for halloween! Thats my next question, task, and assisment! She doesnt understand that they dont make Taylor Swift b-day supplies and costumes, atleast I dont think they do! Any ideas!?

INVITATIONS: Print your own invitations with an image of Taylor Swift on them.

OUTFIT: Buy her a "country" outfit... a cowgirl hat, cowgirl boots, a denim skirt and a cute matching top.
*Be sure to curl her hair in spirals like Taylor!!

THEME: I say get all country stuff from the party store, then spruce it up with pink and purple accents so it is mroe girly. Also, be sure to play the CDs/tapes you made her while the party is going on!
